Felted Horse Slippers - Children's Sizes

These awesome children’s slippers are ethically sourced from a family business based in Nepal, who we have been working with since Suzanne first travelled there in 2009.

Each slipper is made by hand by a talented artisan from the Kathmandu Valley using 100% New Zealand wool.  They are shaped with soap and water, coloured using natural dyes and hung to dry in the Himalayan sunshine. Final details such as fringes and faces are stitched on by hand.

They are perfect gifts for new babies, keeping little feet warm in the pram, or for toddlers learning to walk or wearing them at pre-school or  nursery.

To help you pick the right pair, as a rough guide,

 Size 2 - is for babies aged 3-6 months.

Size 3 is often suitable for 6-12 months

Size 4-5 is often 12-18 months
