‘Brighton Bandstand’ Black and White Photographic Print
The perfect spot for selfies, sunsets, swing dancing, proposals and weddings, the Bandstand on the seafront is an unforgettable part of the Regency architecture of Brighton and Hove. Its essence is perfectly captured in this black and white photo, taken on a bright summer’s day.
The image was taken by Eastbourne based photographer Chris of Photography by Design who says “After retiring from the commercial and advertising world of photogpraphy in my central London studio, I moved to the coast is 2016. I like to work mainly in black and white, shooting moody landscapes with wonderful cloud formations. I feel in colour, you capture the picture, but in B&W you capture the soul. I try to look at the world as if through a child’s eye for the first time. As adults we tend to dismiss the everyday in the pursuit of our immediate goals. Shooting with no brief allows me that freedom to reflect.”
This image is shot on a digital camera, printed onto 265gsm professional archival acid free paper.
This high quality print measures 8 x 12 inches and comes unframed, in a stylish A3 cardboard mount.
