We're really excited to be featured in the Guardian this week, talking about last winter's floods.
Being directly on the seafront made us exposed to the elements, but despite that, nothing had prepared us for the floods, which surprised everybody in the Artist's Quarter.
We decided to use the experience as an incentive to move the shop and found our new space in the North Laine. In hindsight, it was the best decision we have ever made, and goes to show that a bad situation can be turned around. So many small businesses like Little Beach Boutique were affected by the storms last year, and we hope that they have also been able to get through the experience.
